Last year i dressed up as a scene kid.
It came out pretty damn awesome.
I only spent $15 cause i had everything.
You can wear a black or colorful shirt,
skinny jeans, any color.
i wore a tutu xD. it looked really cute.
two different styled earrings, lots of jewelry and lots of make up.

try some funky knee high socks and be a dancer and wear like a mini skirt and high heels or something. maybe a cute cut off top
