It depends.


If the grown up man has the chance to speak with that girl, it will be more easy for him to deal with the situation.In case he can't there is no suitable situation to speak or discuss anything, it will be very hard for him and not easy at all to talk about it.





On the other side that teen age boy can create a situation to talk or it is expected to be more easy for him to talk or meet that girl, but he may not have enough experience to deal with the situation or to judge the girls feelings without listening to her.





That's life for every age there's an advantage, we can't take it all.
harder... the grown man will find that hard more than that teenage ....as i said before .as the teenage boy will under stand this gal and know if she like him . so that will make him stronger to go and talk. but the grown one will think thousand times before he talk to her as he is a grown one .ok and he will not be able to know if she like him or not.

Well in the US we don't have this problem because it's illegal to get involved with anyone under 18 if you are over, say, 21 in most states. I think the age needs to drop down to 16 personally!
