Because employers now must pay people a higher wage, employers are going to have much higher standards for skill and experience.





This basically translates into trouble for new or inexperienced workers...or ';younger'; workers who havn't quite developed a consistent work ethic yet.





So..those highschool stockboys in the retail mart, who are sometimes late, or goof off....employers aren't going to let things slide anymore, where before they might have.





Employers are going to be more critical of getting their money's worth.
