Anyone know where I can find shorts for a tall teenage boy?

My 15 yr old son is about 6'7'; and I cannot find shorts that are long enough for him. They have shorts with the longer inseam in the Big%26amp;Tall shops...but the smallest waste is 44';. He is skinny as a rail %26amp; needs like a 32/34'; waste.....Thanks for your helpAnyone know where I can find shorts for a tall teenage boy?
